A high-tech company that develops and manufactures automatic quality control systems for the printing industry is looking for an Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of electrical and mechanical engineers working on multidisciplinary systems, provide guidance and support in their daily tasks, and performance management.
• Management and control of all ongoing engineering activities.
• Oversee our company’s product development, NPI, and production, ensuring that all processes meet industry standards and best practices.
• Manage and oversee projects from Design concept to production.
• Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to improve our products' efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, ensuring all product components meet our quality and performance standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanics/ electrical/electronic Engineering
• 5+ years of engineering management experience, focusing on multidisciplinary systems, NPI, and production.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
• Familiarity with industry CE standards and best practices for product development, NPI, and production.
