Description & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a professional expert in the online publishers/user acquisition for publishers’ niche, with valid experience in demand and/or supply niches, too, to carry out the following tasks:

• Take on responsibility for various strategic & hands-on projects.
• Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
• Investigate ways to increase quality, efficiency, productivity, and profit.
  
  

• Guide and advise the team on the operational aspects.
  
  

• Proven experience in operational tasks, in the online publishers/user acquisition for publishers’ field.
• In-depth knowledge of AdTech and online publishing.
• Operational leadership’s experience on the media side- a huge advantage.
• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in Media buying/Business development on social networks.
