Job Description

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) English Speaker to nurture relationships with outbound and inbound prospects and turn them into qualified leads for our sales pipeline. As an SDR, your goal is to research and generating leads, speak with decision-makers, understand the way their business work, and identify areas where Goods can boost their E-commerce logistics.

Responsibilities

• Researching and qualifying new leads through online searches, Lead-gen tools and new partnerships.
• Execute both automated and manual outreach to targeted markets via cold calling, emails, and social media to engage and qualify prospects.
• Making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads.
• Managing inbound leads - understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and demos, ensuring leads are prepared for the sales team.
• Achieving revenue growth

Requirements

• English speaker - Must
• 2+ years of experience E-commerce B2B SaaS sales and lead generation - Must
• Ability to understand and address customer pain points and needs.
• Ability to lead, persuade, and handle objections.
• Advantage: experience in retail and/or eCommerce
• Advantage: Working experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn navigator, Zoom-info, and other marketing tools
• Advantage: experience in the EU and US Market
