Main Responsibilities
Forecasting & Planning
- Statistics analysis for Israel market demand on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis
- Deep understanding of marketing strategy, mid- short activities to enable evaluate forecast and demand.
- Deep understanding of sales , customers structure and category planned activities
- Deep root cause analysis on forecast errors, drive strong action plan upon them and clear message distribution to category team (marketing and sales)
- Post-analysis of forecast to detect the real effect of the volume of activities, innovations, promotions and other (in entrusted region)
- Facilitator of Demand Review for the category. Challenge the team bottom-up volume. bring expertise via analytics and indicate main influence factors on demand. Driving action plan for better change
- Operate with close collaboration with tactical planners, material planners and production planners.
- Provide annual plan for budget preparation.
- Develop demand planning process standardization.
- Implement regional standards to Israel work process.
- Bringing value and growing expertise for EE demand community
- Bringing innovations to the processes, tools driving action plans for demand team S&OP cross functional team
- Improving business partner relationship with the commercial team
- BA Iindustrial & Management Engineer
- 2-3 years’ experience in planning, Demand Planning – advantage
- English Read , Write , Speak – Fluent
- Software: Word, Excel , Power Point
- SAP – Advantage
- Analytical skills Presentation skills
