Bentham Science has an exciting opportunity for you to become a Guest Editor for Open Access Thematic Issues for “Recent Patents on Anti-Cancer Drug Discovery” (IF: 2.8)

Position Overview: We are looking for researchers who have a track record of organizing thematic issues and publishing high-quality research articles. As a Guest Editor, you will curate and lead an Open Access Thematic Issue for “Recent Patents on Anti-Cancer Drug Discovery”. You will work closely with our team to create an engaging theme and assemble a group of renowned contributors.

Responsibilities:

- Develop the title, aims, and scope of the thematic issue in alignment with the journal's objectives

- Identify and invite contributors, ensuring a diverse range of perspectives and expertise

- Collaborate with authors to finalize the manuscript titles and coordinate the submission process

- Oversee the independent peer review process for all articles in the thematic issue

- Provide guidance and feedback to authors for revisions and ensure adherence to publication standards

- Collaborate with our team to promote the thematic issue and enhance its impact within the research community

- Utilize your honorarium for academic activities and promote the thematic issue at relevant events

Qualifications and Experience:

- PHD in a field related to the Drug discovery, Chemistry, Pharmacology, drug development or any field related to Recent Patents on Anti-Cancer Drug Discovery.

- Strong network and connections within the Neuropharmacology research community

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- Familiarity with the scientific peer review process and publication standards
