Responsibilities:
- Building a new work methodology and better infrastructure for different departments.
- Analyzing the DATA that comes from the field and comparing it to the department target. Improving your team performance and measuring the success of the teams.
- Lead, develop, and think outside the box to find the most creative ideas and solutions.
- Manage big teams and managers and ensure continuity between the departments.
- Identify problems related to information systems and think outside the box to find the most creative ideas and solutions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Service or Tech Support.
- 2+ years of proven in managing a customer success team.
- Experience selling SAAS analytics platforms. Native Level English – additional languages a plus
- Strong orientation for DATA and Strong orientation in information systems such as - CRM and SALESFORCE.
- Strong strategic planning and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize time and tasks quickly and effectively.
- Strong team player, self-starter, and thrives in a multi-tasking environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Availability to work flexible hours.
