Job Description:

Ayala Nature Resort is seeking a dynamic and creative Content, Experience, and Digital Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is instrumental in shaping and sharing the unique story of our resort, enhancing guest experiences, and expanding our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be a passionate storyteller, a master of content creation, and a visionary when it comes to crafting unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop engaging and compelling content for various digital platforms, including website, social media, blogs, and email marketing.

Create visually appealing and informative multimedia content, including videos, images, and written articles, that showcase the resort's offerings and unique experiences.

Collaborate with marketing providers and internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Digital Marketing:

Collaborate with external marketing providers to optimize our digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email campaigns.

Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Social Media Management:

Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to maximize our online presence.

Brand Advocacy:

Cultivate relationships with influencers and brand advocates who can help amplify the resort's message and reach a wider audience.

Collaborate with influencers on content creation and promotion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.

Proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, and guest experience enhancement, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Strong writing and storytelling skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate fresh ideas.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong project management and organizational abilities.

Fluent in English (additional languages, especially Hebrew, is a plus).
