Generative AI Senior Lead

A high growth fintech company. The platform is based on the most advanced artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning technologies, already making a massive impact on global capital markets.

The company is currently based in Tel Aviv, NYC, Singapore, London and Abu Dhabi.

As a Generative AI Senior Lead you will lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning solutions across the products including usage of Generative AI based services. you will collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to bring state-of-the-art machine learning models into production.

You Will:

• Architectural Design: Define the architecture of machine learning solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and robust.

• Model Deployment: Guide the deployment of machine learning models into production environments, considering factors like latency, throughput, and resource optimization.

• ML Ops Integration: Integrate machine learning solutions with the existing infrastructure, ensuring seamless ML Ops and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows.

• Generative AI: Implement high quality data embedding, use vector DBs and optimize the work with Gen AI applications & frameworks on cloud

• Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists to understand the requirements of their models, as well as with software engineers to integrate those models into applications.

• Performance Tuning: Monitor the performance of machine learning solutions, identifying bottlenecks and optimizing the computational efficiency.

• Research: Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and software architecture, ensuring the company's solutions remain at the cutting edge.

• Tool and Library Selection: Evaluate and recommend machine learning tools, libraries, and platforms that can enhance the development and deployment process.

Do you have:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.

• Experience: 7 years of experience in machine learning or related areas, with 3 years in an architectural or leadership role.

• At least one year of experience in the field of generative AI.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn, Pandas, Numpy & NLP / LLM Libraries and frameworks.

• ML Ops Knowledge: Experience with ML deployment tools and platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, and MLflow.

• System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud platforms ([specific platforms, e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure]), and microservices architecture.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a collaborative mindset.

• Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in relevant machine learning or cloud platforms.

• Publications or contributions to open-source projects in the field of machine learning.
