NPI Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities

Our production lines include a variety of technologies and products from different fields.

We are looking for a highly motivated engineer to join our Engineering team.

In his role, the engineer will be responsible for the improvement of existing processes, by designing and defining jigs, and automated processes through production lines. Approve new jigs and processes by Production methods such as GR&R and analytical tools. Lead Production changes by ECO process

Investigation of failures to ensure continuous production. Working in a diverse professional team from different disciplines & at the interface with different departments: R&D, project managers, Planning, and Purchasing to achieve production goals. Approve new specs by analytical investigation. Transfer to the production of new products after performing testing and V&V for all relevant aspects.

·        Production preventative maintenance definition.

·        Production process/testing station/jigs.

·        Lead ECO process from initiation to implementation.

·        Production Training.

·        Production BOM.

·        Transfer to production.

Requirements

·        B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering.

·        3+ Years experience in engineering and/or manufacturing processes.

·        Knowledge and experience in production processes like PFMEA, GR&R, PCP.

·        SolidWorks knowledge and experience.

·        Very good skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

·        Performs well in an intensive and dynamic environment.

·        Goals-oriented– meet goals and due dates.

·        Team player with good interpersonal relations

·        Experience writing production process.

·        Ability to pay attention to minute detail and quality.

·        Good English verbal and written communication skills.
