The Integration Product Manager at BriefCam plays a pivotal role in driving the seamless integration of our video analytics solutions with key technological partners, delivering comprehensive and value-added solutions. This role involves spearheading the entire integration process, from identifying and establishing partnerships to managing ongoing relationships and overseeing the execution of integration projects. The Integration Product Manager is at the intersection of technology and business, translating customer needs and market demands into effective integration strategies. Responsibilities

• Partner Collaboration: Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with potential technological partners, in the video and security space.
• Project Management: Oversee the entire integration lifecycle, from initial scoping and planning to implementation and maintenance, ensuring project are delivered on time and in excellent quality
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, partners and customers to gather integration requirements and ensure that integration
• projects meet the needs of all parties involved.
• Focal point: Being the go-to-person for any integration issue.
• Technical Expertise: Stay current with industry trends and technologies, especially in the video and security space, to drive innovation in our integration efforts.
• Integration Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive integration strategy that aligns with BriefCam's business goals and product roadmap.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 2+ years in product management with a focus on integrations – mandatory.
• Experience of 5+ years as a software developer – mandatory.
• Experience working with APIs/SKDs – a strong advantage.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex integration projects.
• Experience in video products – strong advantage.
• Knowledge of video analytics, video management, or the security industry – a plus.
• Ability to balance near-term needs and strategic business vision, deal with changes, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain partnerships.
• Technical proficiency and ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Experience working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
