Digital support position

-     First tier support and administrations for the i24NEWS website (Front/back/API), Android/IOS native APPs, VOD platform (smart TVs) and social platforms.

-     Support/Admin for multiple SAAS solutions and integrations (with emphasis on streaming solutions)

-     Working alongside the developers/content teams to solve issues, create new features and lead integrations.

-     Performing routine technical tasks and quality checks.

-     Maintenance and monitor numerous live streams (Decoder-Encoder).

-     Working with Cloud based environments (Azure, AWS, Google)

1-2 years experience in a technical support position – Must!

Full control of the English language - reading/writing- Must!

Experience with SaaS solutions and CMS – advantage

IT/Networking background - advantage

Experience with online streaming (HLS, RTMP, SRT) - advantage

Experience with GOOGLE/FACEBOOK products – advantage

Experience with Cloud environment – advantage
