Professional Services Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-depth support for business operations, identifying and resolving faults or escalating issues to relevant teams.
• Monitor and optimize multiple business systems, ensuring system integrity and early issue detection.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and automation teams for smooth operation.
• Understand characterization documents and service notifications.
• Utilize tools to support the company's digital infrastructure, propose improvements, and implement automation.
• Work closely with development and infrastructure teams, from characterization to production launch.
• Offer support and troubleshooting during non-standard hours.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years of tech support experience.
• Strong SPLUNK proficiency.
• Experience in managing system failures and working with development teams.
• Proficiency in either WIN servers or LINUX servers; server setup experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with communication, SQL, and information systems.
• Understanding of large systems and the ability to address issues during incidents.
• Strong problem-solving skills, dashboard creation, and prompt response to issues.

Additional Information:

• The role is related to business operations and Tier 2 support.
• Proficiency in SPLUNK is mandatory.
• Proficiency in either Linux or Windows is required, with a preference for Windows.
