Group Manager

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Group Manager (GM) to spearhead our Network Group's endeavors.

This role will not only oversee a collective of 20 engineers across three specialized teams but will be instrumental in dreaming, strategizing, and realizing our next-generation network.

Job Description

• Leadership & Team Management: Head a team of 20 engineers, fostering collaboration and synergy across the three distinct teams within the Network Group.
• Strategy and Planning: Chart out a robust strategy for the network domain that dovetails with overarching objectives and the evolving cybersecurity milieu.
• Technical Expertise: Offer seasoned guidance on all matters network-related, ensuring solutions are both cutting-edge and compliant with industry best practices.
• Continuous Innovation: Drive continuous enhancement in methodologies and practices, nurturing a culture of relentless innovation and learning.
• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage actively with diverse units, from product design to market strategy, ensuring the network solutions are attuned to both market demands and customer needs.
• Performance Management: Conduct in-depth performance reviews of team members, delivering constructive feedback and ensuring their continued growth and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Network Systems or a related discipline
• Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in engineering teams, with a specialization in network systems being a marked advantage
• At least 3 years in a Group Manager (leading team leaders) or equivalent senior leadership position.
• Demonstrable expertise in network solutions, from conceptualization to deployment
• A proven track record in visionary leadership, strategic planning, and successful project delivery
