Manager of the development and system in the data and BI department

INGIMA Israel is looking for Manager of the development and system in the data and BI department!!

The role consists of:

• Management of several development and analysis teams in the AGILE methodology.

• Leadership and managerial training of team leaders, improvement and optimization of the development processes.

• Responsibility for the corporate DWH - stability, ongoing maintenance and fault management.

• Technological advancement of the development teams and technological tools, automation of processes and injection of process and technological innovation.

• Fault management and ongoing maintenance.

Objectives:

• Warranty for the quality of the products.

• Adherence to project schedules and contents.

• Developing the capabilities of the teams in accordance with the technological requirements that will rise on an ongoing basis.

• Leading the development for process and applied excellence

Requirements:

• 5 years of management experience, of which at least 3 years in managing large work teams (15-20 employees) in the field of data (management of team leaders) - mandatory

• At least 6 years of experience in DWH management (tens of terabytes in size), hundreds of ETL processes, cubes, dashboards and reports - mandatory

• Experience in planning an architecture in the field of data that combines the integration of a variety of systems and technologies - a must

• Practical experience working with Kafka and diverse streaming technologies - an advantage

• Familiarity and experience working in the cloud - an advantage

• Experience in managing development in the AGILE methodology - an advantage

• Good familiarity with a variety of Big Data technologies - an advantage

• Experience in security planning of data systems - an advantage

• Experience in assimilating and promoting technologies in an Enterprise organization - an advantage
