Group Manager

Perimeter 81 is looking for a Group Manager (GM) to helm our Agents Development team. This individual will be responsible for leading, motivating, and strategizing the development of agents across multiple platforms including MAC, Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS.

This job is located in Tel Aviv (hybrid).

Job Description

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead a team of 14 highly skilled engineers. Foster collaboration, set clear expectations, and ensure team members are motivated and aligned with company goals
• Strategy Development: Set the direction for the development of agents across all supported platforms. Ensure that the team's activities align with the company's overall objectives and the latest cybersecurity trends
• Technical Oversight: Provide expert guidance on the development of agents, ensuring that they are robust, efficient, and in line with the highest industry standards
• Continuous Improvement: Drive ongoing improvements in development processes and practices. Promote a culture of continuous learning and innovation
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including product, marketing, and customer support, to ensure that the agents meet customer needs and market demands
• Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews of team members, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure their professional growth
• Project Management: Ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of proven experience in leading engineering teams, preferably in the cybersecurity domain
• At least 3 years in a Group Manager (leading team leaders) or equivalent senior leadership position
• Proven technical proficiency in agent development for MAC, Windows, Linux, Android, and iOS
• Experience in architecting solutions / building complex systems
• Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Familiarity with Perimeter 81's offerings and the cybersecurity landscape is a plus
