Silicon Planner and Controller

If so, we have an interesting challenge for you!We are looking for a Planner with experience in a manufacturing supply chain environment. Building, developing and creating improvements to drive operational excellence at our suppliers and representing the supplier towards our internal stakeholders and customers will be the main responsibilities within this position.What will your job look like:

• Lead, manage, and take responsibility for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the final approval of products throughout the complete production cycle.
• Build production schedules, labor loading, and capacity requirements based on engineering plans and production specifications.
• Handle the coordination of production plans to ensure timely material provision according to schedules.
• Utilize the ERP system to monitor work in progress on the production floor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to promote improvements in the reporting structure within ERP systems.
• Define and manage costs to ensure the production process remains within budget.
• Conduct regular reporting on the production status and promptly address any production issues with upper management.
• Take a hands-on approach to handling production disruptions and resolving productivity problems.
• Lead initiatives to find innovative ways to improve productivity and reduce costs.

• Bachelor’s degree Required
• 3-5 years applicable experience preferred
• Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office environment
• Excellent judgment, problem solving and analytical abilities
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Cooperative, team player and positive attitude a must
• Communication with internal team members
• Knowledge on Net-suite is preferred
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control
• Technical skills using material requirements planning and scheduling software
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of employees
