מה כוללת העבודה?
בתפקיד זה תשתלב/י בצוות תפ"י, תעבוד/י בצמוד למנהל המחלקה, ותהיה/י חלק מרכזי בתכנון ובתיאום תהליכים מול מחלקות הייצור, הרכש, האיכות, השיווק ו־R&D.
תוביל/י תהליכים חוצי ארגון ותשפיע/י על יעילות שרשרת האספקה מקצה לקצה.

תחומי אחריות מרכזיים:

תכנון, ניהול ותיאום שרשרת האספקה – משלב הצעת המחיר ועד המשלוח ללקוח.

פתיחת דרישות רכש ופק"עות, ניהול מלאים וטיפול בחוסרים.

בניית תוכניות עבודה, תזמון חומרים והגדרת לו"זי אספקה.

הובלה ויישום של שינויים הנדסיים (ECO).

שיפור תהליכים והובלת יוזמות להעלאת אפקטיביות בייצור.

עבודה שוטפת מול ממשקים רבים, כולל R&D.

מה אנחנו מחפשים?

תואר ראשון בהנדסת תעשייה וניהול – חובה.

ניסיון של 5 שנים בתפקיד דומה בסביבה יצרנית.

שליטה מצוינת ב-Excel וניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות ERP – עדיפות ל-SAP.

אנגלית ברמה גבוהה (קריאה, כתיבה ודיבור).

יכולות אנליטיות והנדסיות גבוהות.

יחסי אנוש מעולים ויכולת עבודה עצמאית ובצוות.

נכונות לעבודה בשעות נוספות.

יתרון משמעותי: ניסיון בהגדרת פרמטרים במערכת ERP לצורך תכנון אוטומטי.
