What are we looking for?

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team at BlazePod. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and growth of our product ecosystem, with a focus on our mobile app. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of sport and fitness technology in a dynamic start-up environment.

What will you do?

• Product Strategy:
• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Product Development:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and QA, to prioritize and execute product features and enhancements.
• Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and wireframes to guide the development process.
• Ensure timely and successful product releases.
• User-Centric Approach:
• Understand user needs and pain points through user research, surveys, and feedback analysis.
• Advocate for the user's perspective and ensure that product decisions are driven by user insights.
• Product Metrics:
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish metrics to measure product success.
• Monitor product analytics and iterate on features to improve user engagement and retention.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
• Provide clear direction, set objectives, and manage team priorities.
• Product Marketing:
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and promotional materials.
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
• Communicate product updates and progress to internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Collaborate with customers and gather feedback to inform product improvements.
• Compliance and Quality:
• Ensure that the product complies with industry standards and regulations related to fitness and health technologies.
• Maintain high-quality standards through rigorous testing and quality assurance.

Requirements:

• 4+ years' experience working as a Senior Product Manager in a successful B2C startup or a top technology company.
• Strong business-orientation and the ability to identify opportunities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products & services.
• Strong attention to detail including proven ability to manage priorities.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and project management tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and using data to drive decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience with user research and product design principles.
• Strong understanding of the sport and fitness industry, with a passion for technology-driven solutions.
• Perfect English & Hebrew and communication skills.
