For these restaurants, Scoober takes care of the delivery.Currently, we're active in 10 countries and over 90 cities. A huge operation involving forecasting, orders, driver management, planning & performance, vehicles, and supporting tools & systems (of which most are inhouse build) with many stakeholders. We are now expanding and searching for a recruitment operations coordinator to join our team.A day in the life of a recruiter at Scoober

• You will be responsible for the recruitment and delivery of new couriers to the business across Israel
• Coordinating and processing couriers applications through the ATS, following the process of the relevant cities
• Proactively reaching out to candidates to inform them about the status of their application
• Collecting remaining information from candidates with incomplete applications
• Supporting the administration around the new hires
• Scheduling the first shifts to the new hires
• Working with relevant agency stakeholders on new hires
• Taking ownership of your delivery area stakeholders, developing excellent relationships with your colleagues
• Meeting relevant KPIs and recruitment targets
• Helping us develop the best recruitment practices along the way and delivering excellent candidate experience on daily basis

Can you deliver…

• You already have some experience in recruitment or high volume customer service role
• You are fluent in English and Hebrew
• You are independent and solution-oriented, you get excited about new challenges and changing environments!
• You can multi-task and working with multiple communication tools at the same time
• You are communicative, open, and with an international mindset
