Guesty is looking for an experienced People Partner to join our people team, for a temporary maternity leave cover for 8 months, to support R&D and Data & Analytics departments at our HQ in TLV.

In this role you will partner closely with managers and our people at all levels to make sure the Guesty culture of ownership, transparency, excellence and collaboration is promoted, and make sure our people are motivated, engaged and aligned to Guesty’s mission.

Key Job Responsibilities:

The main focus of the role is to partner with business managers, providing advice related to people matters, process and policies.

Our People Partners act independently as experts on people related issues, offering credible and tailored advice to business leaders on how to manage their teams. Additionally, provide guidance on cross organizational processes, such as performance feedback, talent planning, growth programs, retention and organizational planning.

Some of the key elements of the role include:

• Coach managers how to strengthen team collaboration, foster better communication and drive the team to its highest potential.
• Act as focal point for site specific policies, labor law issues and any People related processes.
• Collaborate with Guesty’s Legal and Payroll teams (among others) to ensure governance and smooth management of all things people.
• Provide people managers with knowledge about the performance feedback process and how to maintain strong relationships with each employee through 1:1 meetings, team meetings and other group activities. Consequently, guide managers how to give complex feedback, including compensation conversations.
• Help managers plan and execute unique growth opportunities for employees that allow them to grow and retain them.
• Become a change agent that guides managers and employees through a changing organization - help people and processes evolve so that they keep up with the changing needs of the business.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure candidates are the right fit for the job, both professionally and culturally. Also, work to ensure a positive onboarding experience for new hires.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a people partner / HRBP in a Hi-Tech company.
• Experience working with global fast-scaling R&D teams, preferably in SaaS companies with offshore teams.
• Fluent English- Must
• Russian speaker - Advantage
• Deep knowledge of people-related processes, policies and labor law in Israel.
• Ability to act independently, multitask, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of coaching and mentoring managers of all levels, helping them grow and adopt new ways of leadership.
• Experienced in creating and delivering manager training programs, building employee individual growth plans and leading performance improvement initiatives.
• Able to present managers with analytical people data and apply critical thinking to identify insights that promote action that improves performance
