Head of Revenue Management

Responsibilities

• Channel management and integration - content management and verification, troubleshooting with OTA (booking, Airbnb) and PMS and managing the connections and mappings from the channel manager.
• Treatment and management of operative tasks that require in-depth care.
• Implementation of automation, new technologies and process optimization

Client management

• Work with client managers at OTA.
• Locating new markets and customers.
• Management of the home website, sales channels and order engine - integration and management of interfaces, establishing a customer club, building a relationship with customer managers.
• Yield management - analysis of market trends, determination of price and pricing strategy, daily play with prices/promotions/discounts and management of sales channels - development and strengthening of additional sales channels and maximization of existing channels, initiation of promotions, commission payments, responsibility for occupancy management and making strategic decisions closely with senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience at least 3 years
• The ability to understand market trends and implement and adapt actions accordingly
• High analytical ability
• Ability to include, integrate and work with interfaces
• Big head and ability to make independent decisions
• Technological orientation
• English at a high level - mandatory
