Customer Support Specialist

Work from Lisbon, Portugal

What you will be doing:

• Supporting Hebrew speaking clients by multiple communication channels (phone or email)
• Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) both in Hebrew and English;
• Provide pre and post-sales support for all self-service products;
• Provide product and tool support to improve clients’ experience;
• Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Hebrew (must be C1+)
• Communicative level of English language (B2+)
• You live Portugal or you are ready to relocate there
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• We do NOT require previous experience

What we offer:

• 3000€ signing bonus!!
• Base salary: 1700 euros gross
• 1416 euros with accommodation
• RELOCATION package for candidates from abroad (with Job Seeker Visa application assistance)
• Work in Lisbon, City Centre

CONTRACT:

• Initial contract with a duration of 12 months, permanent after 2 years (or 1 renewal)
• Private health insurance after contract signature

• Airport pick-up and administrative assistance with your registration in Portugal;
• Reimbursement of your initial flight expenses after 9 months of successful integration;
