Assistant Controller

A leading Israeli private equity investment fund in Tel-Aviv is seeking a

highly-skilled, dynamic, pleasant, reliable and motivated Assistant Controller to

join our spectacular Finance Team.

Responsibilities

 Preparation of financial statements (on a quarterly and annual basis)

and Israeli tax reports

 On going communication with foreign and Israeli investors

 Preparation of valuations (DCF, EBITDA multiple, OPM and ext.)

 Preparation of US tax repots, K-1's

 Working closely with auditors and tax advisors, managing audits and

compliance

 Financial Analysis for the investment team

 Monitoring financials of portfolio companies and performance of

portfolio company valuations on a quarterly basis

 Oversee daily operations of financial activities and bookkeepers

 Compliance with local and foreign government reporting requirements

(CRS, FATCA, CIMA, etc.)

 Assistance with other financial reporting / requirements

Qualifications

 Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other relevant field (economics,

business administration)

 3 years relevant experience

 Strong excel skills – required

 Good verbal and written communication skills in English

 Team Player
