Job Description

• Manage internal R&D programs & outbound contractor programs with leading EMS, Design Houses & Tier1
• Deliver a mass production developed in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment – System, HW, FW, SW, ME, NPI, Marketing, Sales, Support etc.
• Develop, track and manage comprehensive program plans comprising of schedule, feature set, customer integration points, budget, supply chain and all details to meet the program objectives.
• Matrix management of an extensive multi-disciplinary core team within the company.
• Provide continuous updates to upper management.

• At leas 5 years of experience managing programs, in a multi-disciplinary environment (Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, Software, Verification, Operations, Marketing, Sales etc.)
• Background in companies that make systems or subsystems.
• Background as a System Engineer/Electrical Engineer/Mechanical Engineer/ Software Engineer – advantage
• Proven experience in working with 3rd parties and large organizations
• Experience with APAC cultures – advantage
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Excellent communication and management skills
• Excellent English (verbal and writing)
• Willingness to travel abroad
