Position: UA Manager - Casual

We are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to join our Marketing team and take part in testing, validating and scaling our portfolio of new games. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and highly experienced candidate to join a top notch start-up and establish the best practices that will guide the launching of new products. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and great attention to details. They excel in spotting and utilizing trends opportunities for their accounts and are quick to detect problems and solve them.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid acquisition efforts to achieve volume, quality, and ROI goals
• Lead launches and introduction to the market of new Casual/ Slots games
• Analyze and optimize performance of marketing campaigns based on large volumes of data
• Collaborate with product and creative teams to drive events focused on acquisition and engagement
• Provide regular reports on campaigns results
• Run on-going A/B Tests to optimize performance parameter

Qualifications

• 1.5+ experience in launching new games in casual/hyper-casual/hybrid-casual gaming company
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with analyzing large data sets
• Attention to details and ability to prioritize and work against deadlines and performance goals
• Creative and effective problem solving and decision making. Respond quickly to changes.
• Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate and work effectively with interfaces
• Strong organization skills
• Fluent Verbal and Written English Skills
