Key Responsibilities:

As a Recruitment Specialist at Gett, you will play a crucial role in hiring employees to work at the Ben Gurion Airport tender. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading high-volume recruitment efforts to identify, attract, and select top talent for our Ben Gurion Airport operations.
• Implementing creative sourcing strategies using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, specifically tailored for the airport tender.
• Streamlining candidate screening and evaluation processes to meet the unique requirements of airport operations.
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and structured interview process that aligns with the specific needs.
• Maintaining candidate relationships and providing a positive candidate experience, reflecting the standards of Ben Gurion Airport.
• Managing offer negotiations and onboarding for new hires.
• Analysing recruitment data to continually improve our processes for Ben Gurion Airport.
  
  

• Proven experience in high-volume or mass recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Location: Full-time position at Ben Gurion Airport, Tel Aviv, Israel
