We are looking for a Personal Assistant to CEO to provide high-level support to the CEO by providing a full secretarial and administrative service and ensuring that effective planning and administrative needs are in place and maintained efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
- Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings, ensuring all requirements are met (meeting venue, equipment, presentations, preparing agendas).
- Provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all emails and calls, drafting letters, taking messages, and other administrative tasks as required to support the CEO.
- Collaborate with multiple interfaces, including executives and management level.
- Support special cross-company projects, including management meetings, off-site meetings, reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Responsible for organizing CEO travel and logistics, including flights, visa requirements, hotel accommodation, car rental, meeting schedules while traveling, and completing expenses.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant from a global organization.
- Strong organizational skills, exceptional time management skills, prioritization, and attention to detail.
- Flexible to adjust priorities and urgency based on organizational needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Professionalism and confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- English proficiency, speaking, and writing.
Must have a bachelor’s degree.
