Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for managing the recruitment processes in the company end to end.
• Responsibility for all HR processes in the company - welfare, training and organizational development.
• Handling the employee's life cycle in the company.
• Accompanying employees and managers.
  
  

• Professional background from Hi-tech/ Fintech companies - A Must!
• Recruiting experience - at least 5 years - a must! Emphasis on technological recruitment, sourcing techniques and independent work.
• Previous experience in managing human resources processes of at least 2 years - a must!
• In-depth knowledge of all content worlds of human resources.
• Experience in leading horizontal processes in the organization.
• Knowledge of labor law.
• Ability to work with senior management, middle managers, and different teams.
