*Position Overview:
As the Vice President of People Ops and Company Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future. You will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, attracting top talent, and facilitating the growth and development of our team, all while aligning people ops strategies with broader company operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the success and growth of our brand.
*Key Responsibilities:
**Culture Development:** Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being. Implement programs and initiatives that reinforce our company's values.
**Leadership Development:** Create and implement leadership development programs to nurture talent within the organization, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline.
**Performance Management:** Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and professional development for employees.
**Talent Acquisition and Retention:** Lead the recruitment process to identify, attract, and retain top talent in alignment with our brand's values and culture. Develop strategies for employee retention and engagement.
**People ops Strategy:** Develop and execute a comprehensive people ops strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations.
**Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:** Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering an environment where every team member feels valued and empowered.
**Change Management:** Drive organizational change and transformation efforts as needed to adapt to evolving business needs.
**Employee Benefits and Wellness:** Develop and manage employee benefits programs and wellness initiatives to support employee well-being.
**Company Operations Alignment:** Collaborate closely with company operations teams to ensure HR strategies align with broader operational goals and initiatives.
**Data-Driven Insights:** Utilize data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement in HR practices and policies.
*Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior people ops leadership role, preferably within the consumer products or baby care industry.
Strong knowledge of people ops best practices, talent management, and organizational development.
Demonstrated success in leading culture-building initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align people ops practices with business and company operations goals.
Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation.
