Vice President of People Ops and Company Growth

*Position Overview:
As the Vice President of People Ops and Company Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future. You will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture, attracting top talent, and facilitating the growth and development of our team, all while aligning people ops strategies with broader company operations. **Leadership Development:** Create and implement leadership development programs to nurture talent within the organization, ensuring a strong leadership pipeline.
**Performance Management:** Oversee the performance management process, providing guidance on goal setting, feedback, and professional development for employees.
**Talent Acquisition and Retention:** Lead the recruitment process to identify, attract, and retain top talent in alignment with our brand's values and culture. Develop strategies for employee retention and engagement.
**People ops Strategy:** Develop and execute a comprehensive people ops strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives and ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations.
**Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:** Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering an environment where every team member feels valued and empowered.
**Change Management:** Drive organizational change and transformation efforts as needed to adapt to evolving business needs.

*Qualifications:
Proven experience in a senior people ops leadership role, preferably within the consumer products or baby care industry.
Strong knowledge of people ops best practices, talent management, and organizational development.
Demonstrated success in leading culture-building initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to align people ops practices with business and company operations goals.
Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation.
