You will also need to be able to independently organize and prioritize tasks and schedules. You are a driven person, no one needs to push you to excel, it’s just who you are. This isn’t a fit for anyone who’s OK with things falling through the cracks.
Responsibilities:
- Take end-to-end ownership of complex technical issues and collaborate with other teammates
- Perform advanced troubleshooting including log analysis and research on escalated issues
- Identify root causes and scenarios and propose test cases
- Create, prioritize, and monitor comprehensive escalated tickets for the development team to work through and resolve
- Partner closely with cross-departmental teams to share client feedback, escalate urgent issues, and contribute to wider team/company project plans
- Monitor the customer's production environments constantly, identify technical issues before the customer notices it, and strive to fix them
- Keep detailed documentation of actions, findings and step-by-step troubleshooting guides
- 5 years of experience in technical support in SaaS company - Must
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly & detail oriented
- Experience working with Product, QA and Development teams
- Experience with 3rd-party integrations and REST API
- Product/QA/Engineering background - Advantage
- Familiarity with Python, HTML, CSS, JS, SQL - Advantage
- Experience with performance monitoring software - Advantage
- Experience with G-Suite, Azure, Okta SSO - Advantage
