Data Manager

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Data Manager for a central role in a leading financial organization.

Responsibilities

• Leading the business aspects, including defining and prioritizing tasks for a significant expansion of the data entity, specifically Customer 360.
• Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) at the customer level, including sales, product usage, customer value, acquisition, and retention.
• Gaining an in-depth understanding of the diverse business requirements from various stakeholders related to data infrastructure.
• Providing expertise in data to define business segments and field attributes, including their sources, quality, and utilization.
• Familiarizing yourself with data generated by existing and new operational processes across various channels.
• Making customer insights accessible to end-users (e.g., claims adjusters, service representatives, sales teams) according to their specific needs.
• Establishing controls to ensure data quality, completeness, and reliability, monitoring their implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
• Documenting, maintaining, and distributing a data catalog.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis roles within the insurance/pension (highly advantageous) or financial services sectors (mandatory).
• A strong business background or orientation (mandatory).
• Significant experience in data analysis using SQL (mandatory).
• Background in one or more of the following domains: marketing, sales, digital (highly advantageous).
• Experience with advanced technologies and data infrastructures (advantageous)
