IT Engineer

We are looking for a one-man-show IT engineer with security in mind to join our growing team as the first IT person. You will be responsible for the company infrastructure and continuity.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional all tiers of global technical support to employees and the company’s systems (on-prem and cloud)
• Manage the Tel Aviv office network, IT equipment and physical security systems
• Maintain and enhance the company’s IdP (Google)
• Assist with new employees' on-boarding setup, orientation, and overall employees lifecycle process to support company’s scale
• Coordinate assets management flow and procedures with the team (procurement, asset management, MDMs and others)
• Assess vendor’s solutions, coordinate security review and oversee implementation
• Identify, automate and document solutions to common issues
• Collaborate in the implementation of security best-practice permissions model (role-based access)
• Responsible for IT equipment procurement, administration and security for remote employees located in USA
• Work with vendors and suppliers of physical and virtual assets
• Work as per IT & Security processes and KPI’s
  
  

• 1-2 years of experience with IT technical support for systems and employees
• 1-2 years experience with solving hardware, software, permissions and network issues
• 1-2 years experience with systems administration (Okta, Google Workspace, and Office 365, MDMs, SaaS applications and integrations)
• 1-2 years experience with administering Mac and Windows systems
• Security-first state of mind
