Noname is looking for a Senior Global HR Manager to lead the organization’s global HR strategy. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs, managing a team of HR professionals, and providing HR expertise and support to international sites. You will be the go-to person for all global HR matters and will be responsible for driving the HR agenda forward.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic business partnerships and be a trusted HR advisor to leaders and managers in Israel, the US, and Europe.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with global standards.
• Lead and guide the global Talent Acquisition team.
• Provide HR expertise and support to international offices, including in the areas of employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
• Manage and develop a team of HR professionals to carry out HR activities.
• Stay up to date on all new legislation and trends in the HR field and ensure compliance with local laws.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• At least 8-10 years of experience in a global HR role
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
