Product Manager - Financial Integrity Ops Scaling

Meta Fintech products are supported by ±2,000 operations agents that conduct more than a million investigations per month. Those investigations are used to detect illegal activities (e.g, money laundering, drug trafficking, terrorism etc...), prevent fraudulent activity (e.g, compromise accounts, stolen financials, fake accounts etc..) and unblock good users (e.g. appeals, refunds, troubleshooting etc..). As a Product Manager supporting operational scaling, you will be a key player in the process of defining, designing and leading FI’s operational strategy and execution. This includes designing the tooling, capabilities and automations to scale our FI’s operational capability and enable effective investigation of financial transactions worth billions of dollars on an annual basis. This position is full-time and based in our Tel Aviv office.

Product Manager - Financial Integrity Ops Scaling Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with FI’s operational partners to design our operational strategy, processes and procedures.
• Lead our efforts around automation and ML to drive down cost and support ever growing demand.
• Develop a framework to evaluate different operational activities and allocation of our technical and operational resources efficiently.
• Take charge of our operational tooling strategy and develop a comprehensive roadmap for multiple operational teams: Financial compliance, fraud and support.
• Drive initiatives to establish stronger links between operational performance and business outcomes.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in Product Management or similar discipline
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working with designers and usability researchers to design seamless experiences that streamline operational processes.
• Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience working in an environment with multiple partners and collaborators.
