Responsibilities

• Working Sunday-Saturday 08:00-17:00, 5 days a week
• Hybrid work environment - both home and office
• Interact with customers & resolve issues
• Multitask between different communication channels
• Provide answers by identifying problems, researching, and guiding the customer through the correct steps
• Improve customer experience, encourage organic growth & creating engagement
• Growth in online communities, and number of active users
  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese - Mandatory
• Experience in customer support
• Excellent communication between customer & department
• Experience in the Payments and Banking industry - Advantage
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient in all MS Office products
• Service-oriented person
• Russian speaker - advantage
