We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcer to join our team. As an Experienced Strategic Sourcer, you will play a pivotal role in proactively identifying and engaging high-potential candidates who align with our specific talent needs. Leveraging your industry knowledge, network, and sourcing expertise, you will help build a strong pipeline of talent to meet our strategic hiring requirements.

• Collaboration with hiring manager:
• Partner withhiring managers to define the requirements and understand the business and talent acquisition goals.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships, ensuring alignment with their sourcing needs.
• Utilize your industry knowledge and extensive network to proactively identify and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including interviews and skills evaluations.
• Seize opportunities wherever they may arise.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with prospective candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the sourcing proc
• Presentcandidates to managers effectively, highlighting their qualifications and alignment with the role.
• Maintain candidate databases
• Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
• Provide market intelligence, including salary benchmarks and talent availability.
• Collaborate with hiring manager and colleagues to share sourcing insights and best practices.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or similar field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience as a headhunter/ Talent Sourcer/ Technological Recruiter in the hi-tech industry
• A well-established professional network within the industry
• Track record of successful talent identification and engagement
• Experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and market research.
• Experience with social media advertising and recruitment
• Experience with report writing and data analytics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Highly Organized
