We are hiring an GenAI technical writer for the Salesforce Data Cloud product with a special focus on developer documentation.

What We Are Looking For

• 6+ years of experience writing documentation for developer audience, OR equivalent experience writing or testing code and at least 2+ years of writing documentation.
• 2+ years managing complex content projects across multiple content portfolios.
• 2+ years developing and implementing content strategy.
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with engineering stakeholders to identify key customer scenarios and prioritize content.
• Proven ability to write across a spectrum of content types—from deeply technical docs and scenarios to blogs and presentations.
• A strong customer focus with experience writing for engineering audiences.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines with multiple deliverables.
• Ability to adapt and make progress while dealing with ambiguity.
• Great people and communication skills.
• Focus on quality and details.
• Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
• Excellent problem solver.
• Strong team player.
