We are looking for an innovative, Design For Test (DFT) Engineers to be a part of the European Test Solutions Team. The Test Group is a critical part of delivering a complete end-to-end solution to fulfill the customer needs. If you are an excited, motivated engineer and can link with Engineering, Sales/Account Teams, and Customers - You belong with us!The Applications Engineer works in a project-oriented environment to deliver DFT Solutions ranging from Integration to Silicon Bring-up for customers designing digital ICs of varying complexity. They interact with the customers to assess their methodologies and flows, gather requirements and propose solutions. Win new customers through product demonstrations, evaluations, and comparative benchmarking. Help customers through technical problem resolution, training and account management to ensure customer success and satisfaction. The Applications Engineer is also working with Solution Architects to develop and productize the next gen Test Technologies. The role would also involve prototyping new methodologies, review gathered data, identify the viability of the technology and present the findings.Responsibilities Include The Following

• Test methodology for design rule checking during RTL coding stages
• Consultation for Test solutions during design planning
• DFT implementation and validation: scan, compression, core wrapping, LBIST, MBIST, test points, etc.
• Automatic Test Pattern Generation (ATPG), advanced fault models (transition delay, cell-aware, bridging, etc.) and pattern validation
• Participation in customer’s design and flow reviews
• Drive, prototype & develop new design for Test methodologies

Key Qualifications

• Technical background in DFT, ATPG, and Diagnostics
• Hands-on experience with all phases of the IC Design flow
• Background in Automotive Safety, System-level Test, and Security is a plus
• Experience with RTL Coding, DFT Insertion, ATPG, Validation, Pattern generation & Silicon Bring up
• Knowledge of DFT concepts: scan, LBIST, MBIST
• Excellent soft skills
