The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of product management principles, as well as Retail trading and the European market.Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap for equities trading products
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product specifications
• Manage the product development process, from ideation to launch
• Work with engineering and other stakeholders (marketing, sales, biz dev) teams to bring products to market
• Track product performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity
• Represent the product team to internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product management, in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of trading principles and the equities market - Must
• Experience with product development and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
