As the HRBP IL, you’ll partner closely with the clients business leaders at all levels, work with global HR fellows, and support employees throughout the org. to, drive and support our business growth. The HRBP role will continue to evolve and change as the company grows and as the HR organization changes along with it to meet the business needs.
Responsibilities
- Understand the business and its challenges in order to help address the organization and people needs
- Assist with challenges of hyper-growth and the need to scale organization
- Be a trusted advisor to clients functions’ leaders in building partnerships with managers and organisations
- Provide front-line support for employee relations issues, including responding to employee inquiries, supporting internal mobility and guiding managers through employees related issues
- Advise managers on performance management, employee development and team building
- Assist in aligning HR strategy with business priorities to drive to results
- Partner with HR fellows to ensure alignment and to create strong, cross-functional programs
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years experience in a fully-functional HR Business Partner role in a rapidly growing, high-demand, high output role
- Experience in providing consultative business partnering in core HR functions such as organizational development, employee relations, talent management, total rewards etc
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities and judgment; ability to make sound decisions independently
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to remain flexible and agile in an ever-changing environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
