Role Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Training & Onboarding Specialist to join our Customer Success team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating powerful training materials and ensuring that our customers experience a seamless onboarding process. This is a vital role that will directly influence our customer retention, product adoption, and overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding & Training:

• Develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive training materials to prospects and customers, tailored to different user personas.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding sessions to ensure customers understand the full capability and potential of our software.
• Stay updated with product updates and enhancements to ensure training material remains current.
• Collect feedback from training sessions to continuously improve the onboarding experience.

Content Creation:

• Design multimedia content, including videos, webinars, and written guides to enhance user understanding.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customer success stories and testimonials.

Feedback & Collaboration:

• Gather feedback from clients to provide to the product development team for continuous product improvement.
• Collaborate closely with sales, support, and product teams to ensure alignment and optimization of the customer journey.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in developing training content for a SaaS product.
• Experience in the SaaS industry and familiarity with life sciences is a plus.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create multimedia training materials.
• Proficient in relevant software tools (e.g., video editing, webinar hosting, CRM).
• Native English speaker.
• Adaptable to rapid-paced settings with strong self-initiative and proactive execution.
