Product Manager

A startup company in the field of Generative AI is developing an AI assistant solution for the developer community. They have developed an artificial intelligence mechanism to create software for organizations and development teams. This system is based on deep learning and big data and learns code in a way that people do, making it possible to code efficiently and quickly.

The company is gearing up for significant fundraising and growth in the coming months, with an initial funding of $32 million.

Product management responsibilities encompass all stages of product development, including sprint planning, defining quarterly goals, making data-driven decisions and conclusions, and gathering feedback from users. Product management is part of a team of 6 developers and reports to the Head of Product.

Located in Tel Aviv within walking distance from a train station, the company operates on a flexible hybrid model.

Requirements for the Role: •Minimum 2 years of experience as a product manager for B2D products, with a track record of successfully launching top-notch features and products. •Software development experience is a significant advantage, allowing you to collaborate with engineering teams and understand technical complexities effectively. •Proficiency in analyzing user behavior and product funnels to drive data-driven decision-making. •A passion for bringing features to life, collecting customer feedback, and iterating based on user insights. •Familiarity with competitive analysis, market research, and product ideation to stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovation. •Strong ownership mentality and the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse teams across the organization. •Excellent project management skills to effectively manage timelines, resources, and deliverables. •Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
