You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and data analytics to define and execute growth strategies that attract, engage, and retain customers.As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for-

• Developing and execute growth strategies- identifying and prioritizing growth opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle management to implement and support PLG roadmap initiatives.
• Leveraging user data and insights to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue generation.
• Utilizing your knowledge in security practices, market trends, and customer needs to enhance our product growth.
• Conducting user research, analyze customer feedback. and collaborate with the design team to gather insights., translate them into actionable product enhancements and features.

• Have 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus on growth and security.
• Have solid background in security practices, including knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Have proven track record of driving growth and achieving measurable results through product-led growth initiatives.
• Have an analytical mindset and phenomenal problem-solving skills.
• Possess strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and impactful solutions.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. and present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
