The Phoenix Real-Tech Investments are hiring a Real-Estate Analyst

Phoenix Real-Tech (PRED), a subsidiary of Phoenix Holdings Group, is a leading fund manager focusing on debt investment in the US. Focusing on CRE throughout the US, PRED lends to real estate developers and investors. We are currently lending over $ 1.2Bn in AUM and expanding our investors' equity each month.

We seek a Real Estate Analyst to join our investment team at Phoenix Real-Tech (PRED). As a Real Estate Analyst, you will take an active role in the deal-making process, evaluating and interpreting data, looking into the financial and business structure of various JVs, data, and cash-flow monitoring, and interacting with business partners.

Responsibilities:

• Complete Loan Analysis: Perform a full analysis of loan opportunities – Verify data received from business partners and 3rd parties, collect and embed additional data from various sources, apply financial models, and evaluate business and credit risks and mitigants.
• Lead Loan Approval Process: Complete a full executive summary of the analysis and investment recommendation. Present the loan and your recommendation to the Credit Committee for approval.
• Risk Management: Monitor and manage risks associated with debt and collateral, including development risk, market risk, credit risk, and operational risk.
• Reporting to Management: Participate in the reporting process to provide management with regular updates on portfolio performance and asset analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.

CPA / CFA charter holder / Real Estate Appraiser – Advantage.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment and analysis, including asset development and CRE, preferably international.
• Knowledge of real estate markets and trends, with a focus on the US Residential segments - multifamily, SFR, and condo development.
• Experience with real estate investment software, data sources, and tools, e.g., Salesforce and Excel, Zillow, Yardi, CBRE, etc.
• English – fluent (Native preferable). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
