Real Estate Analyst - JB-3230

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Analyst with exceptional analytical

Key responsibilities:

 Property Analysis: Diligently evaluate properties based on financial metrics, considering

purchase price, expected returns, operating expenses, capital expenditure, financing costs

and more. Guide capex decisions and providing vital data for successful operations.

 Market Analysis: Stay updated with the US residential real estate trends. Understand

vacancy rates, average rents, property values, and other pertinent data to make informed

decisions.

 Financial Modeling: Create detailed financial models for potential investments using

specialized software. Project cash flows, determine internal rates of return, and other key

metrics.

 Due Diligence: Participate in the due diligence process, ensuring transparency and

thoroughness.

 Investment Strategy Alignment: Ensure all potential deals align with Real Estate's

investment strategy and criteria.

 Report and Communicate Findings: Clearly and effectively present findings to and

collaborate with internal stakeholders. Translate complex financial metrics into actionable

insights for the Leadership, Acquisition and Asset management teams.

 Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest tools, technologies, and strategies in

real estate underwriting.

 Cooperate and Advise to Acquisition, Disposition and Transaction Coordination

Departments regarding the best exit strategy, ARV, MAO and unique selling points.

Skills and experience:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Real Estate, Economics or a related field. A Master’s degree

is an advantage.

 3 years of relevant experience in the Real Estate Field as RE Analysts or similar roles.

 Demonstrated ability in real estate underwriting, showcasing a deep understanding of

valuation, risk analysis, and financial performance forecasting.

 Previous experience working in the US Residential Market is an advantage.

 Strong analytical and quantitative skills.

 Proficiency in financial modeling and related software tools.

 Tech-Savvy, Excel wizard.

 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

 Detail-oriented and diligent work ethic.

 Team-player and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

 Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
