Group Financial Controller

Monthly Reporting
• Manage the month-end close process for all group companies and prepare the group consolidated accounts.
• Analysis of actual performance vs the financial plan
• Reconciliation of Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) to revenue, ensuring that recognised ARR is appropriate and that revenue has been appropriately recognised.
• Monitoring of contract renewals whilst identifying lost revenues, risks and opportunities
• Prepare monthly management accounts reports for senior management, investors and lenders.
Forecasting and Budgeting
• Maintain monthly rolling income statement and balance sheet forecast
• Prepare detailed budget, working with cost centre owners to ensure the components and the drivers of the budget are well understood.
• Cashflow forecasting
Tax and Audit
• Preparation of year end audit files for all group companies and liaise with auditors during completion of the audits (UK and Israel)
• Responsible for VAT, sales tax returns and income tax returns of all group companies
Personnel and Financial Management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and drive efficiency
• Implement financial policies and procedures that enhance internal controls and improve efficiency of financial processes.
• Improve, rationalise, enhance (as appropriate) the financial systems of the business.
• Manage company bank accounts and credit cards

The successful candidate will need to have the following skills:
• Qualified accountant (e.g. CPA) with financial accounting and reporting experience.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in High Tech companies
Previous experience at one of the Big Four accounting firms — a significant advantage.
• Highly skilled in Excel and AI tools
• Proficient in financial management software and ERP systems (Netsuite – advantage)
• Fluent in English
• TLV office attendance 3 days a week
