FP&A Manager

As a FP&A Manager, you will:

• Prepare annual cross-organization budgets and long-term models.
• Prepare and analyze actual vs. budget reports on a monthly basis, and providing insights and added value.
• Partner with key budget owners.
• Analyze business activities from financial aspects.
• Translate data into clear presentations for senior management.
• Review & approve new purchase demands and new budget demands locally.
• Collaborate effectively with business partners at all levels of the organization.
• Actively participate in various ‘ad hoc’ commercial projects to help drive business performance.

If you have:

• CPA or a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in FP&A, including budget management and financial analysis.
• Business orientation.
• Experience in handling large amounts of datarequired.
• The ability to think strategically & commercially and to understand key performance drivers within the business.
• A strong analytical toolkit that makes use of business intelligence and reporting software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with multiple functions.
• A high level of English.
• Strong Excels skills – a must.
