System Engineer Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced, self-driven, and motivated System Technical Leader to lead a team of system engineers at our site in Netanya. The team is responsible for the technical management of a multi-disciplinary military communication system, integrating Elbit's latest HW and SW products

Duties And Responsibilities

Technical leading and management of the program's overall engineering scope with all stakeholders, internal and external

Leading a team of system engineers and managing their engineering tasks to ensure quality and schedule

Planning and leading integration events with SW and HW development teams as part of their development process

Planning and leading integration events with Customer and End users and 3rd party systems

Managing system trials and tests prior to delivery to Customer

Ongoing Customer and End users engineering support



At least 5 years of experience as a System Engineering team leader

Good time-management, priority-management and multitasking skills

Relevant engineering degree (Computer / Software / Communication / Electronic )

Knowledge of communication systems

A "can-do" attitude as well as great interpersonal and communication skills

Willingness to travel abroad

Excellent English skills (reading/writing/verbal)
