We are looking for a Learning Operation & LMS Admin Specialist to join and be an integral part of the OD& Learning team.

As the Learning Operation & LMS Admin Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our learning programs and initiatives. You will be responsible for overseeing the learning management system (LMS), analyzing learning data and trends, and providing insights to inform decision-making. Your expertise in learning operations and analytics will help us create a culture of continuous learning and drive measurable improvements in employee performance, customers knowledge empowerment and organizational outcomes.

What will you do?

• Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
• Learning Program Design and Implementation
• Learning Analytics and Reporting
• Performance Evaluation and ROI Analysis
• Learning Operations Process Enhancement

What should you have?

• 2-3 years of related experience in learning and development field
• Digital Platforms Savvy (hands on experience with LMS, LXP,CMS, etc.)
• Strong Project management execution abilities, eye for detail, top notch organizational skills
• Quantitative and analytical capabilities - passion for driving insights from numbers
• Sharp & Intelligent
• Proactive nature with ability to solve problems with a sense of urgency
• Excellent English
• Marcom background – an advantage
