IT Technician

Location: Or Akiva

Your responsibilities will include:

Technical support for workstations
Support for various Microsoft products, third-party software, and cloud services
Updating and maintaining technical
Ensuring that all IT-related software and infrastructure issues on-site are addressed and resolved in a timely manner

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of Help Desk experience in a manufacturing company
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange 365, Office, and virtualization technologies
High proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
